It's December!!!

Sorry it's been a while since my last post but it's been crazy these last couple of months. We are moving from the Windward side of the island to the Leeward side, not sure if that's good or bad but we will be closer to family:)). And I love my new sewing room, pictures to come...
Moving is never ending but I'm done with my craft shows so now on to a new project. My cousin Teri is getting married soon and asked if I could do her four bridesmaids dress.
(ok she asked months ago but I'm a procrastinator and only started this week) So not only do I have a new project but came up with my New Year's Resolution.
STOP PROCRASTINATING!!!
I'll let you know how that goes.

Party Weekend

Simple, comfortable and I finished it in time to wear to the bridal shower. I changed the pattern but I think this style works better.

Cora got to go to a pool party in beautiful Maunawili, what a view. And how cute are the cupcakes.

Something For Meeeeee

The project... I have a bridal shower this Sunday and would love to have a new outfit to wear (can't remember the last time I made something for me). THANKS to Susan for thinking of me on her trip to Europe where she got this beautiful fabric, I love the feel and color. I always have good intension's but where does the time go.

DQ is going to Paris with Amy (pink Dakuchan) for the summer. Amy needed a friend so along can Brooke (blue Dakuchan), and the perfect size carrying tote to keep them together forever. An apron for her cousin so they can play and bake together and a cozy blanket for the plane ride. Have Fun Girls!

Dakuchan Dolls

Daku means to hug in Japanese a perfect name for these pillow soft dolls. I made these for the craft show and sold out, hoping to put them up on etsy soon. Email me if you want to order one.

Handprints

Made a simple quilt for Ms. Jill's silent auction. And it sold for $375, looks like I'll be making another one next year.
